I asked for a quote from Bradford to Liverpool for The Grand National I offered to pay cash in advanceI was quoted £100. When the the operator came back after speaking to " the Boss" The price went back up to £105.I am now using Arrow cars A shame because I have been using Powe to go BRI a lot lately. Ordered a taxi for my little brother would’ve given him some cash before hand, if they said on the phone he had to pay before the journey started that would’ve been fine. A joke to be honest, the taxi driver couldn’t of cared less, he’s now sat outside waiting in the cold, what a waste of time won’t be ordering from power again

Booked a taxi for 6.30pm, at 6.40pm nothing, rang them, they apologised and said one would be there in 5mins, 10 mins later nothing, rang another company, booked for immediate pickup, 10 mins later other company came.... Power carz never turned up, I rang and cancelled, complained,they refunded me. Never use them again...... Used in the past, issues with car they send, 4 cases to airport and get a small Toyota... Uninstalled app.... They are only 2 miles from me....
