Absolutely disgrace I would buy nothing from here my daughter purchased a fan from there paid 25 pound it lasted a day and started making strange noices and smelling of smoke they don't refund you if you return goods Don't buy any fans from there they are a rip off trading standards need to pay that dodgy shop a visit customer service is very poor and the guy working in there needs to purchase some manners they need naming and shaming rip offs and dodgy strange to you cannot even call the shop no phone number BAD SHOP
