Awful experience, 3 staff members were arguing with each other the whole time and ignoring customers. Asked for 2 veg sausage rolls - the member of staff started putting them in a bag and said to herself "oh wait are these the vegetarian ones or not?" When i asked to pay card she shunted me off to an elderly staff member who dumped my food on the counter while i paid. When i asked him to double check that they were vegetarian (i dont eat meat) he checks and goes "yes - no wait are they?". It took all 3 members of staff to verify that they were "veg curry rolls" and when i said "no i wanted veg sausage rolls" they brushed me off and said it was that. They ended up giving me 1 veg curry and 1 veg sausage, and the veg sausage was utterly vile. Cheaper than greggs, but you pay for it in the service and quality of food. I would rather pay double the price of greggs and get the food i asked for, polite customer service and not waste my money.

The tuna baguette was inedible. Probably the cheapest tuna ive ever tasted, wouldn't be surprised if it isn't even tuna It tastes vile. The cheese pizza had no taste, the cheese and onion pasties did taste good. Not happy with my experience.

My daughter went in this shop today to get a jumbo steak the elderly lady said they will be cooked in about 3 minutes my daughter waited. The lady then opened the oven took them out to have a look and then started coughing over the food (disgusting) Me andy daughter walked out will never go back to this place again

4 times in a row these guys have missing over half my items off! Called the 3rd time it happened for them to say they pay attention when they out ordered together. The 4th time I called and they hung up on me because she didn't like me saying that they are not paying attention!
