We had a lovely stay at Pounce Hall. This charming house oozes with character and has left me with so much interior design inspiration. There’s something for everyone in this house. The house is well stocked with everything you’d need to have an enjoyable stay. It exceeded our expectations and I must say the pictures don’t do it justice at all. The beds are comfy and clean and the views from the house are breathtaking. The hosts, Olly and Mirek, were accommodating throughout our stay. I recommend booking directly using the contact form on their website to avoid Airbnb charges.

We really loved Pounce Hall. Loads of welcoming character, cosy living rooms, comfy bedrooms, clean modern bathrooms and homely well equipped kitchen amongst it's many features. A great place to spend time relaxing with friends. We were here in January and didn't get the chance to make the most of the lovely large gardens but imagine a summer visit would be even more special. Great location for enjoying all the nearby fabulous countryside and towns. Would definitely come back. Adrianne Hunt

Lovely, big warm house with plenty of space for friends or a couple of families. The gardens are spacious and it was fabulous to be able to walk from the door. All bedrooms are roomy, the sitting room(s) are gorgeous & the kitchen is well equipped & lovely to gather in over tea, supper & general chat. We went in winter & it was very cosy. Super clean & the hosts are great to correspond with. A lovely house in every way.

A group of us stayed in Pounce Hall over New Year. It was the perfect venue with log fires and a lovely old kitchen to congregate in. Everything was clean and fresh and all the rooms were full of character. It's a lovely old house that's been beautifully brought up to date. The countryside around is great for walks and you really feel you've gone to a special location. We're definitely going back!

I probably had the best holiday in England in this house. I love every rooms, especially the massive kitchen with the AGA oven. Never used one before and it was an amazing experience. The garden is vast and you'll have all the place you need to have a good time playing Croket or Frisbee

We had a fantastic time at Pounce Hall with a group of friends this New Year. The house was warm and welcoming with generous accommodation and lovely grounds. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well equipped. We found some excellent country walks and pubs and loved the boot room and wet dog area!
