Wanted to buy off the website but needed to clarify something….. phoned 3 times but no answer, left an answer phone message but no response. Eventually bought the item which took over a week to arrive. Needed to get a little advice so again I phoned about 4 times with the same ‘no answer. I asked the missus to send a Facebook message but you guessed it…… NO ANSWER!!! No response. Happy to take your money but when it comes to service it’s a thumbs down I’m afraid :-( Real shame
