Unhelpful people with a bias to not help you. I would seriously not buy a flue installation here as if your ever needed anything later it could be very difficult. Drove over for parts but declined as 45mins until close and too much trouble.

I dont know whether we were sold a substandard flue but this is what it looked like after 5.5 years. Installation in Pembrokeshire November 2016. We will be replacing with a stainless steel flue. When I posted this review I never expected a reply: I was wrong; within a few hours I received a reply from Poujoulat inviting me to contact their Sales Manager. I learnt that their flue systems are guaranteed for 10 years and that since my flue pipe had been installed for less that 6 years Poujoulat would compensate me for the cost of replacing and installing a new flue system. I am happy to say the offer was honoured, and I have no hesitation in recommending Poujoulat. Brilliant service. Thank you Poujoulat !
