I have had several comments on the good quality of Darren's brickwork and he and his team all seem good guys. I feel that the drawback has been his difficulties in organising and coordinating his subcontractors. There were long periods with nothing happening on site, even prior to Covid. The job was never finished which was partly due to Covid.
