Nice place and friendly staff however it was eye wateringly expensive and the range was highly disappointing. Trying to explain a 3/4 week wait for the item to be collectable isn't Good, it never used to take so long. I left with a rather sad and disappointed child as all she had so little to choose from then had to wait so long to be able to collect it.

My son and I went for a morning of pottery painting this morning. The staff were lovely and super helpful, the variety of options was vast, there were a lot of beautiful colours to choose from and the venue was lovely and calming. However, the only downside was the price. The website advised prices started at £13 which felt reasonable however the cheapest option available was £22. I appreciate that overheads will have dramatically increased in recent months however, the website should really be updated to reflect this to avoid embarrassment or disappointment. (One booking walked out due to unexpected higher costs) We stayed as my son was really looking forward to it and I’m glad we did as he enjoyed himself immensely. 🙂

Better to go when they have more stock so more choices of what to paInt and more colours available. Was quite limited when we went, a lot of painted things in window but not available to us

Visited this morning for my birthday, had the most amazing time! The staff were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The shop was so calming, the music was lovely too and just the right volume so you could still chat. the price is very reasonable for how long you get to sit and paint. will definitely be returning in the future!!

Me and my cousin came to have a cup of tea and do some therapeutic painting. The ladies running the corner were so kind and helpful. You can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Workers there are incredibly kind and helpful and the selection of the pottery is very wide. It does take a few days for you to be able to pick it up but the location is also amazing

Came to this place in July, and the only staff member working here was really nice. The problem arose when we finished and asked for our pieces to be delivered to us, as we couldn’t come back to pick it up. The staff member was nice enough to inform us that it may take a while as he was the only one who could deliver these pieces and it would take until the end of August since he was going on holiday. It is now the end of September and I have still not received my piece, I even paid an extra £5 for the delivery fee. I understand that the staff member who could deliver our pieces was going on holiday, but I don’t understand why the other staff members weren’t trained to package and deliver pottery pieces that people paid delivery for on top of the actual price. Even after emailing them at the end of August, they wouldn’t get back to me until a week or two later; and I’m sure that they have forgotten to even package my pottery piece to deliver until me and my friend emailed them. I paid quite a large sum for my pottery piece and while the experience itself was lovely and welcoming, the wait for the delivery was ridiculous. Other staff members should be trained on delivering people’s work, or you should just not have the option to deliver items to people at all. Only would recommend this place if you’re okay with coming back yourself after two weeks to pick it up. I can’t even come back to demand a refund because this place is too far for me.
