my fave place to go for a nice wholesome weekend activity :) i live far away so i dont go up very often to collect the items and they always hold onto them (one time they held my plate for like 6 months thank you so much) 10/10 good coffees too

Visited on a Saturday morning, the staff were friendly and informative. Café inside to order drinks or cakes whilst you paint which is a nice touch. The layout is very easy, you can go up and choose the piece of crockery you'd like to paint and choose from a range of different coloured paints, sponges and tools. During my visit it was very noisy as there were lots of kids screaming and running around which sort of ruined my experience personally, I understand as it's the weekend it's probably expected to be like this. Next time I will try and go at a quieter time and hopefully will be more peaceful experience for me.

Was just by the front door looking an hour before the cafe opened and a horrible older lady literally almost shouted at me demanding me to move. I was startled and as I moving away with my buggy she looks at me up and down with the dirtiest looks. Don’t know what kind of staff they are hiring, but treating people less than and acting like you want to fight potential customers is disgusting. Shame on you, treat anyone and everyone with respect, especially as a business.

Wonderful place, we came as a large group of 10 and they were so accommodating (we booked well in advance) Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and gave a really wholesome atmosphere. Definitely recommend coming here, its a great activity that everyone would enjoy

What a brilliant place this is. Exceptionally kitted out to enhance your experience beyond the do it at home level, a great staff and a wonderful openness to all ages. Me and my girlfriend visited as two in our 20s, and felt comfortable as both families and adults alike engaged. Almost pretty reasonably priced considering they are basically offering you new kitchenware.
