I’ve been here a couple of times in the past, it’s quick and easy for me but found it a bit pricey. Popped in to get keys 4 basic door keys cut….it was extortionate. I won’t be going back again. I will pay for a service but don’t rip me off…..

What a good experience, firstly a small but potentially complicated repair to my hiking boots and then a few weeks later a repair to my nearly new rucksack which had a failed shoulder strap. Both repairs were completed quickly and at reasonable cost. It's such a pleasure to find someone who is so helpful and willing to tackle jobs outside the run of the mill shoe repairs - highly recommended.

We have been using Potters Heel Bar for years. Have tried other shops occasionally but nothing compares to the friendly professional service offered by Kyri. Today I needed a spoke for my sandal shoe buckle, I tried my local shoe repairers but they couldn't fix it. My partner said if anyone can fix it, Kyri can. So we drove the 20 mins to Potters Heel Bar and within half an hour Kyri had mended my buckle good as new. Great service, great pricing and really helpful. Thank you Kyri!

I broke my Ankle badly over a year ago and cannot wear proper footwear. I took a pair of trainers 2 potter's Bar heel shop and some elastic was measured and attached on2 one side then I went back later so the other side could be measured and then attached. I now hav a comfortable pair of trainers. I will be goin back 4 this 2 be done 2 other footwear.Excellent service.
