    I have been purchasing Potters Crouch candles since 2015. I placed my annual order at the end of November which of course was delayed by the strikes. I emailed to ask if it was possible to track the order to find out when it might arrive and the following day received notification that another order had been dispatched via courier. Typically both this order and my original order arrived the following day! What amazing customer service…and the most amazing candles!

    Amazing candles with fantastic smells (Fireside is a big favourite in our house) that do exactly what want from a nice smelling candles. You do have to let them burn in to get the best out of them, but that's the same with any candle. Have happily shopped here for years, as these are regular Birthday and Christmas pressies for family and friends :)

    My sister recommended them with high praise. I purchased some tea lights but couldn't get them to stay lit as the wax kept on drowning the flame out and was sent a replacement. Then I ordered some as gifts but when I checked, they had been packaged incorrectly, so the same tea lights were in the different boxes. This was then sorted but I decided that I would not order anything else. For Christmas my sister purchased many boxes for gifts and a couple were for me as she still loved the fragrances. One evening, after lighting 3 tea lights in my beautiful dorma holder, one of them caught fire. As my partner tried to put the flame out, I filmed it to show them. I was not happy with their response as they appeared to imply that either myself or my sister always had a problem with their products and nothing has been done about it since. I was bamboozled by a very in depth, scientific explanation and statistics to say that this never happens but then there had been some recorded incidents of it happening, albeit very few but this then highlighted that it could happen. They mentioned that candle holder makers tend to think about the aesthetics rather than what makes a safe holder but this was an experienced brand I had purchased mine from. I have tea lights I won't use and my holder has been thrown away. Will never shop with them again. Also during this time, I had to chase them up repeatedly for a response. What has happened to customer service and the want pf companies to keep customers happy? I have had to give one star as it wouldn't post otherwise.

    Very disappointing I ordered several different fragranced candles but upon burning them I developed headache each time. This never happened before with any other brands Upon requesting to return them for a refund I had no reply which is very disappointing Will stick to St Eval's candles which have a similar price tag but probably better and more natural ingredents
