Sadly within a year or two of Carl completing a driveway for us, the guarantees we were promised have turned out to be false. We have sinking, dents and dips due to poorly laid base and weed growing through everywhere because Carl refused to use weed membrane despite us requesting it. Have left dozens of messages and emails for these issues to be rectified and have been ignored. I’m leaving this review after 6 months of trying to get Carl back round to fix the problems but seem to be getting nowhere. If like us, you were thinking you’d go for a local option, a small team who promised to get the work done quickly with guarantees about quality, proceed with caution, that’s £1000s we spent going with Carl who has disappeared where perhaps a more reputable company would stand by their guarantees.
