Quality of work is great. An example of Roberts quality is when I rushed in today with a problem with the bonnet.. assessed and sorted out in a trice, with a smile. After reading the reviews I would never use this garage, the owner is clearly very rude! Just look at his responses to the bad reviews! You only get bad reviews if you have done something wrong! Maybe he should up to his mistakes instead of being rude to unfortunate customers who have had to foot the cost of his errors!

By far the worst garage I have ever experienced. I compared prices with two other garages and one laughed, and in his words, “you’re being extorted”. They charged £52 to clean my seatbelt. They also charged to park my car on the road when they did not have parking in their garage (which they did not make me aware of at the time) I work in the city and I live outside of London and I can genuinely say, in all of my life experience, dealing with clients, locally and central. I have never experienced a service like this. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Couldn’t recommend potters bar garage more. I went here after my car failed its MOT and the garage it was done at couldn’t fix it. I needed some urgent repairs as I desperately needed my car. They were able to fit me in and fix it in less that 24 hours. Really friendly and approachable, will be returning here for regular MOTs and servicing. Service: General repairs & maintenance

RUDE !!!! Originally I came in for a Alternatot repair which he coudnt help me with, moments later my car broke down outside of the shop so I asked him for help restarting my car the answer I received was "well what do you want me to do about it". After further complains he told me to get the heck out of there.
