It might not be the flashiest of collectors salerooms but Potters offers a customer service that outshines any other. All the staff are as helpful and friendly as you could wish for, the items are well described. Always a varied collection of items and with a very reasonable buyers premium. If only all auctioneers were as welcoming and honest as this place.

I highly recommend Potters Auction Saleroom. I regularly buy from auctions and have done so for years. Some auction houses are terrrible to deal with - thankfully Potters Auctions are one of the best I have bought from. I received my Beautiful ceramic items quickly, well packaged and the shipping cost was very reasonable. Also, Paul took the time to check they had arrived safely. Customer service above and beyond.
