I am a mother of 4 and after 4 sections and life struggles, my body changed so much. I also struggled with self confidence and dressed to drown my shape to hide it. Accepting Joy's help was hard because I was really struggling to accept my body shape. Joy was kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. She was kind yet challenging me to accept and love my body. We did a survey and a follow-up call to identify the goals of the shopping experience. On the day, everything was well planned from start to finish. Joy had already been online to look at suitable pieces ahead of the meeting and the dressing rooms were filled with amazing pieces to try on. The pieces matched the brief were fun and exciting. I found myself feeling confident and actually looking forward to getting home to get dressed for the 1st time. The pieces were within budget too. She also has a good list of contacts who were able to help with my transformation. The experience was wholesome and I enjoyed learning. I left with not only amazing pieces but confidence to look good ,advice and guidance to be able to shop alone in the future. I definitely feel more confident and have received numerous compliments since then. Joy has also followed up to ensure that I am still looking good and confident. I would highly recommended Joy as a personal stylist who is professional, knowledgeable, fun, compassionate and the complementary ice cream is definitely the icing on the cake.

I met Joy when I was desperately searching for someone to help me to detox my wardrobe and some chosen outfit for work. Joy came up A class and Ito sat I’m pleased will be an understatement. I have used Joy’s services as a stylist for a wedding and work. I had a few ideas of style and fabric and wanted to incorporate that but what Joy selected were just what I needed. Some of the outfit I still wear 5+ years down the line. The whole experience was calm and enjoyable and not stressful. I will highly recommend Joy and her services for her knowledge of wearing the right body shape to her shopping skills and choice of outfit. Will definitely use her services again.

I found Joy on LinkedIn initially as she posted articles on dressing and fashion for women. Intrigued and impressed by her pictures, posts, and vast background in fashion design and teaching, I decided to use her consulting services to spruce up my wardrobe. As I think about her services and her 1:1 time spent with me, I am glad I chose her. She is approachable, down-to-earth, funny, caring, and a confident coach. Taking the time to understand my mindset and challenges when it came to dressing, she coached me with color analysis for my skin tone, body analysis (as in what outfits and cuts would flatter and compliment my body shape), closet decluttering, and identifying key missing pieces. Her painstaking time-consuming endeavors have helped me become more confident with outfit selection, color coordination, and how to bring together an entire outfit from head to toe. Every step of this experience was FABULOUS. Joy is extremely gifted in what she does, excellent communication, great listener, very good at making you feel comfortable and is spot on with her styling. I was taught how to identify my colours and dress for my body shape all explained in a way that was easy to understand. I literally loved every outfit she selected for me and my husband can't stop complementing me and he also LOVES every piece Joy picked out. I am definitely coming back for more and I'm gifting the Style package to my husband. Why didn't I do this sooner!??

I first discovered Joy when a business contact suddenly started looking great. When I commented on her look she gave me Joy’s details. That was probably over ten years ago and I’ve booked myself in with Joy many times since then. She makes her clients look and feel great, whatever the occasion and body shape. She knows which labels make clothes that will work for the client, minimising any disappointment in the changing room (the jeans fit like a glove). She listens to what I’m looking for and comes up with suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought to try myself (stopping my tendency to otherwise buy another almost identical item of something I already have several versions of). The latest session was to shop for a holiday in Devon, more casual than usual. Complete success of course, I had something chic and suitable to wear every day which is a lovely feeling to have when unpacking the suitcase. Highly recommended!
