It is a difficult time for everyone but I have found the customer service is shockingly bad. When called up to track my order only to be told that it is not possible to know when my item will be delivered. Then delivery was booked without any communication. I was informed it would be from 8am to 6pm, then a typical no show and no call. Until I chased up yet again and a lady called me back with a very abrupt manner to tell me a new ETA and a pathetic, 'yeah, sorry about that. Bye. ' So disappointed by the whole thing.
