Nice properties and good booking experience, however unclear and poor communication from the letting agent. I told the agent I was ready to take the property, who let us know the property was ours and was going cancel all future viewings. I then got a text a few hours later stating the viewings in fact hadn’t been cancelled and the property was taken, afterwards telling me that if I had sent any information or deposit, then the viewings would have been cancelled. This should have been made very clear beforehand, as this sense of urgency was not portrayed within the prior texts. Shame, as he seemed nice and so was the property.
