Employees do not care about customers. I went to deliver a package today. It took me 40 minutes to wait. There were quite a lot of people delivering the parcel. Employees are not enthusiastic about their work. Talk to each other without caring about how long customers will wait. In the end, I didn't send the package. and have to go back

Now located inside WHSmiths. Staff always try to up-sell you even if you ask for something specific and one member of staff is always particularly awkward. I'm not sure if this is on purpose or just due to their personality. I generally use the Post Office in the shop in Charford now as the staff there are all lovely and always helpful.

Apparently this branch cannot process click and drop parcels despite the Charford Road branch being able to do so with no issues and also being a smaller branch!

Lovely old building, very traditional post office experience. Queue can get big but often enough staff on to manage and they are friendly enough. Currency exchange pretty good too.
