Our hot tub was delivered yesterday. I don't usually come on and give reviews ( i forget) however i feel that on this occasion i must. From the moment we made an appointment to go to the show room it has been amazing service . The guy was so knowledgeable , not pushy at all and we got a great deal that suited our budget. Did not have to wait long for delivery , they were in contact the whole time helping us ensure that access would be possible. The guys that delivered and installed were amazing really respecting our property also setting it up for us and left it filling. Another guy came along shortly after who set up the lid , told us how to use it etc he also was amazing and very knowledgeable ( his name was Ailay) sorry if not pronounced properly. REALLY LOVE MY HOT TUB !! AMAZING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH POSH SPAS.

I bought a hot tub from these guys. The salesman was very informative and helpful. The tub arrived on the promised day and was installed by two professional young gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything. Cant fault them so far and Iām really pleased as it can be hard to find people you trust.

I'd been after a hot tub for a while, especially with working from home throughout the lockdown. With everything that's happened so far in 2020, it definitely put into perspective that family and health come first. So I called `Posh Spa's` for some advice. After speaking to a gentleman called, Andy Prior with regards to what I was looking for, he ran through the options. I was then invited in for an appointment to be able to see them up close and finalise my choices. Upon arrival to the showroom, I felt covid secure at all times. During that appointment, he made the whole process so easy! My only regret is that I didn't pursue this project earlier! Even after installation, Andy called to make sure everything was OK. I can't recommend him and the tubs enough!! So, thank you Posh Spa's for giving us the relaxation that was missing from 2020 and special thanks to Andy Prior for a smooth process. I've recommended you to friends and family and my neighbour has since purchased, and is excited to take delivery of his new Posh Spa next month! Thank you again for all your help! It's been an absolutely pleasurable experience from start to finish!
