Julie and the staff are very welcoming & very loving towards my dog. Had a awesome compliment from Julie regarding my lovely dog. My little princess looks & smells lovely after every grooming appointment I have had in the past several years. Would NEVER consider taking her anywhere else.     I’ve been bringing my 4 year old Bichon/ chihuahua mix here since his first cut. Julie and the girls have never done a bad cut on him. He always comes out with a wagging tail and smells good for well over a week. It’s a cut throat business and appointments are made well in advance so people leaving bad reviews about being moaned at by Julie for not showing up, can you blame her. It’s her livelihood and that missed appointment is in high demand. The one time I did not book the six week appointment I ended up having to source somewhere for a summer trim and this other shop (no longer in business) made him look like Dobby. I was mortified when I collected him. Julie and the girls were able to build his fluffiness back up and reshape him back to normal in 3-4 months. I’ve on occasion been slightly late or had to reschedule my appointment but so long as you give fair warning she’s able to accommodate, like most small businesses. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

    Have used this grooming parlour for many years. Friendly professional staff with advice regarding the welfare of the dogs. Keep up the good work Julie! You and your team are first class.. Update Julie has taken the time to offer us advice on toilet training, walking our puppy. Also went through behavioural corrections that needed tweeking and general health advice. Today our boys look and smell great following their grooming session. Really first class
