Hotel Proprietor Viv places a lot of importance on happy cats - she provides every comfort known to man (and cat!). After collecting our cat yesterday after a weeks' stay, we would happily leave her again with Viv.

Took our cat, Spartacus there to stay for 4 nights whilst we moved. He's a very nervous little boy but we immediately felt that he was in perfect hands on arrival. Viv was wonderful with him and the accommodation was first class. The daily video was lovely and put our minds at rest that he was ok. We've booked him in again for next month and know that he'll get the best care and attention

Initially we were dubious about using a cattery, but as soon as we met Viv and looked round we knew he would be in safe hands and he very much was!! The area for each cat is generous, kitted out so so well and you receive daily updates and videos with their progress. He did great there and was clearly very cared for, we would return. 5*******

Viv was so good, she had time for our baby, she sent us videos of her every night so we could see how she was doing, kayleigh was not used to many people, but Viv made friends with her with time and a calm voice, we would have no problem recommending Posh Paws to every cat owner who might need a cattery, and we would not worry about leaving her there again, 5 stars don't cover the cattery or the lovely lady who looks after all in her charge, Thank you

Our 3 cats have just had 1weeks stay at Posh Paws Hotel, and we would highly recommend. We viewed beforehand, and were very impressed. We have used catteries in the past, but this is the best by far, and would never go anywhere else. Viv is an amazing person, and her attention to detail is second to none. One of our girls is quite anxious, but with Vivs love and attention, she appeared very happy and content, which was shown in the daily Whatsapp videos we received. An added bonus was the cats tv, showing fish swimming, which we have now adopted at home. We cannot thank Viv enough for looking after them, and they all look forward to their next stay.
