We have spent thousands with this company. Really disappointed and wish we had read all the other terrible reviews before spending our money with them. For a company with high end prices the after service and care is embarrassing. They are lovely when they need your dale but after that you have to do all the following up waiting and waiting for furniture. They make promises with delivery dates that do not turn up and there's no communication as to why. Was sold a BBQ without the stand. Was only told after they have to be bought separately. Only had part of our set, they didn't even know some of it wont be delivered for another 6 weeks ( if it comes ) OVER PRICED Disappointed and would not recommend!

We bought a BBQ & furniture set from these guys at the middle of last year, there were some delays due to Covid and presumably the global freight crisis still in play but they were super helpful, kind & friendly. Also helped us set up the BBQ and gave us some smoking tips for the summer. I don't normally write reviews, save that for those who have more time on their hands but these guys were great (Couldn't get anything any sooner with better service). Thanks guys!

I ordered a bin store through this company in April. At the time they were very helpful and responsive to calls and emails. There was a subsequent delay in the arrival of the bin store from their suppliers due to Covid and we were updated in July that it would be another few weeks. That's the last I heard. Now no replies to emails and not answering calls. About to start pursuing a claim with my credit card company.

Have ordered a very expensive parasol base, trying to contact them for an estimated delivery, they keep hanging the phone up when I finally get through and no replies to my emails either!! Now thinking have I done the right thing ordering with this company??? I can see trying to get a refund is going to be an interesting experience!! Not the customer service I would of expected from a company selling high priced items!!

Terrible customer service - don’t use. Ordered a garden table but 3 of the chairs arrived damaged. Several phone calls and months later, we still haven’t received the replacement parts so we have now just given up. Like other customers we were also told they were going to send us a cover set for the inconvenience but obviously it never arrived.

Ordered £1900 worth of furniture a month ago as it was showing in stock on the website and that delivery would be within 5 days - money taken immediately. I received no order acknowledgment and tried to call them, got no answer several times and eventually spoke to someone who apologised, emailed the order acknowledgment, explained that they were out of stock but that they were due in at the end of July. Heard nothing so tried calling early August - no answer again so emailed - 3 times and got no reply until I emailed in bold, capitals and in red and finally an email reply came last Saturday saying that the stock arrived on Friday and they would get it out to me on a before 10am delivery today - with no additional charge as an apology. They said that they had been having issues with their email and telephone lines - looking at other reviews it seems that's an ongoing theme! Guess what, it's now 10.41 and no delivery and they are not answering their phone. I don't know if they are out and out crooks or if they are just completely incompetent. My frustration is that they seem to be the only supplier of the furniture we need to match an existing set. I feel a drive up the M40 is required!

Incredibly frustrating experience, and a total waste of (lots of my) time. Three separate no-show deliveries, all blamed on 'problems with couriers' (despite on the third and final failed delivery day, me phoning the couriers directly that were supposedly being used and them confirming they had absolutely no record of a delivery scheduled to our address). A complete waste of our time, and three separate occasions when we waited in unnecessarily. Not having any faith that a fourth attempt at delivery would be any different, we cancelled and received an instant refund - thank goodness. I was told that for the inconvenience we would still be sent out a set of covers for the set we ordered (as we said we'd be ordering the same one elsewhere). Low and behold, as suspected, nothing has arrived and that was a month ago. Somehow I knew this would likely be the case... Use with absolute caution.

Sent an e-mail explaining that the expensive garden item that I had purchased had not weathered well and received no reply. Sent the e-mail again but again no reply. Rubbish and rude not to reply to customers that have genuine post sales issues. Definitely not recommended- spend your money elsewhere! ***Update** Posh Garden Furniture have now contacted me directly and explained the issue with their Server and e-mail attachments. They forwarded my issue to the supplier and the issue has now been resolved.
