I would advise parents who want to buy dresses with their daughters to escort them as it is clear from my daughters experience that staff may not make them feel welcome if they visit alone. I'm very sad to say this but my daughter came to shop here to purchase a dress for her 18th birthday Ball and was turned away and told the dresses were too expensive for her. Is this good customer service? 🤔.
