    Horrendous company and horrendous service. We have two small kids and another on the way - we are in the middle of a very stressful move from an apartment to a house where renovations are taking place. Posh cleaners sent someone to assess the for a quote, and agreed with our builder that they would work alongside them - they would start in the bedrooms and then move to the bathrooms/hallways so they could continue to progress their work. They were scheduled to come yesterday morning at 8am and didn't turn up giving some vague excuse about vehicle issues. They apologised and promised they would be on site at 1pm - and again they didn't turn up. At this point they stopped answering the phone/ replying to messages for an hour, before calling and saying that now the cleaners are sick, it wasn't a vehicle problem, so they can't come, but they absolutely promise they will come in the morning. This morning they turned up and contrary to what they'd originally agreed, came in to the property and then said they would refuse to start work until all the rooms were clear top to bottom - despite being told that there were rooms ready for them to start on whilst the others were being cleared (of a few paint pots and tools). They then left without starting the job, haven't answered the phone to my many phone calls, haven't given me any explanation or solution and have also not refunded the £100 deposit they took from me, despite having done zero work and messed me around, costing me precious days in the run up to a big move. Absolutely dire customer service and totally untrustworthy/unreliable - avoid at all costs Services: Cleaning, Moving-related cleaning

    Absolute diabolical company and service. Booked an end of tenancy clean to which first of all they were an hour and 15mins late, which meant we had to leave the flat and leave the remaining cash for them to take. We came back to next day to check the clean, only to find it wasn’t complete. The floor had not even been swept or mopped and there were various other things that were not done. I called immediately to ask they return to complete the job (I was told on booking that they guarantee a return if the customer is not happy or if the inventory clerk raises issues). Firstly I was accused of lying and was told the floor was cleaned – even though there were still marks on it that came up from a quick wipe and crumbs on the floor. Finally Jane said she would send someone back the next day to meet the inventory clerk for access and complete the job, however they never turned up the next day. After multiple attempts to contact Jane I realised my texts or phone calls were not going through. I then tried on my work phone and she answered immediately. I can only assume that Jane had no intention of sending anyone back or trying to resolve the issue by speaking to me as she had obviously blocked my number! We lost a lot of money from our deposit due to their incomplete job and failure to comply with their own promises of sending someone back to complete to job . Essentially Posh Clean didn’t do the job and stole our money. Update to the below response; 1. you were fully aware that we would not have they keys from first thing monday morning as this was when the inventory took place. We told you this from the very beginning. 2. you have failed to organise someone to come back - which means you agree that someone needed to come back to complete the job. As this did not happen - we are entitled to a refund.

    I have contacted this company 3 weeks prior to the desired date to complete an end of tenancy cleaning. They confirmed my booking and gave me a date, 10 days prior to the agreed date, they told me that they have overbooked and cant do it anymore on the agreed date, and wanted to shift the agreed date by a day, which I agreed to altough it was not convenient for me. Today I was surprised that they cant make it anymore, they didnt even have the courtesy to call or email, I had to chase them!!! They were suppose to do the job in 2 days, I dont even have time to replace them, they didnt even care. Avoid them, this is the worse service I have ever seen in my life!! I give them zero star.

    I contacted Posh Clean to arrange for my bed headboard to be cleaned. I spoke to a lady on the phone to arrange the appointment. I was asked whether there were any parking restrictions and told her that the cleaner could park in my car park, free of charge. The appointment was arranged for a Tuesday morning at 8am. Just before 8am, I had a missed call from a mobile number (which I assumed was the cleaner), there was no message left and so assumed everything was ok. It got to 8:15am and the cleaner hadn't arrived so I called the number back. A man answered the phone saying that he was 'here', which he wasn't. I asked him where he was, and gave him instructions to find my flat. I found it strange that he didn't try and contact me again after his initial phone call. The cleaner arrived 5 minutes later (together with a female friend) and cleaned the headboard, and managed to remove the majority of the stain. I told him that I didn't have any cash on me and asked if it was ok to pay by card over the phone. The cleaner spoke very little English and it was very hard to communicate with him. He called his manager who said that it was fine. A bit later that morning, I received a voicemail asking me to settle the remaining balance, which I had proposed to do once I'd got to work. However, a busy day at work meant I didn't have time to call, so I made a note for myself to ring back first thing the next morning. In the meantime, I received the following email: 'Jessica, You owe £11.50 for the congestion charge and £5.50 for the parking, which was supposed to be 'FREE'. I believe that the way you handled the matter it appear that it was a calculated move very well executed therefore I feel sorry for how pathetic you are. We are wishing you all the best and you have been black listed. Have a good life ahead. Jane Tzvetkova' I genuinely could not believe that I had received such a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL email accusing me of being, 1) calculated, 2) pathetic and 3) black-listed. I am still in shock! What makes matters worse is that the email was sent to me from a different client's email chain, which I'm sure is in breach of GDPR regulations. I first thought there had been a mix up with email addresses/jobs as I couldn't believe that I was being sent such an AGGRESSIVE email within barely 24 hours of receiving the service. The main issue Posh Clean seem to have is with parking, but I gave them VERY CLEAR and SPECIFIC instructions on where and how to park. The cleaner simply could not understand or chose not to follow them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I live by myself and use various companies to clean/fit curtains/fix furniture etc and I have NEVER experienced this level of RUDENESS or PERSONAL ATTACK. I spoke to Jane on the phone after receiving this email and she continued to defend her actions - 'You don't understand how many customers receive the service and never pay!' Sorry, but how you operate your business is nothing to do with me. It is completely and utterly UNACCEPTABLE to send customers emails like this, and I plan on progressing my complaint further. I would leave zero stars but am unable to. Lastly Jane, it was you who said it was ok to ring back and pay by card over the phone. I'm very sorry I didn't manage to achieve that in your desired timeframe but there really is no need to berate customers with your horrible and undeserved emails. TO BE CLEAR I HAVE PAID IN FULL AND POSH CLEAN ARE BLATANTLY LYING. STAY AWAY FROM POSH CLEAN.

    They advertised £32 to clean a 2 seater sofa but when I went to book it had gonel up to £50plus parking plus congestion. Surely this I a case for the trading standards office or Advertising Standards Agency! What made it worse was the reply when I said I could take my business elsewhere, GOOD LUCK came the back the reply. What they do not realise I was also trying to book a cleaning for my office and windows in my house and business . With this type of customer care and service before can you imagine the after care. Who ever owns this business has no clue how to run a business. Stay clear of this company!!! reply Cl
