Brought my insignia down to have 4 tyres changed not long ago. Tyre change was quick and efficient, HOWEVER, my wheel nut covers were missing, broken or squashed into place. They have managed to destroy (stretch) my locking wheel-nut adapter by using an impact on it. Absolutely fuming and disgraced by the unprofessional service. Only found out by taking my wheels to be refurbed and the people not being able to take wheels off, which cost me additional money to get the wheels off. Would not recommend and will not be coming back. Replying to your reply: I can assure you none of my caps were missing before the car came to you guys. Neither has anyone notified me- unless you’re going to say 2 adults picking the car up are deaf. It’s not about the money so please don’t be petty with your eBay deals. It’s about the service you provide. You failed to mention the most expensive bodge job you’ve done. Using an impact drill on a locking wheel nut. The cost of 4 locking wheel nuts, plus the cost of removing the ones currently on are far more than your funny 4£. I’ve seen your replies to all the TRUE and NEGATIVE comments and your ignorance will not intimidate me. Instead of apologising for a mistake on your side you think it’s clever to act tough with stupid replies.

Worst experience ..please avoid . I went Sunday morning to do a wheel tracking with them and after waited 30 minutes for them to open since they opened late they said they don't do it on Sundays which is a big lie since I was there with another friend on the previous week on Sunday again and they done it . If you don't want to provide it take off your services mate ..don't pretend you do plenty of things just for the sake of it. Oh and I have attached a picture of a 40£ part worn tyre..you can actually see the cracks on it...so legally they shouldn't be able to put ..Again avoid ! I can't actually answer to you after I posted ..but when did you do my flat tyre at 6 ???? I am working Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 7:30 so the possibility for me to be there at that time would be almost 0 . So I would say shame on you for false information!
