Assessment process is useless e.g. just because I don't need wheelchair indoors but only sometimes need a wheelchair outdoors but will only give me a manual when I could do with a electric on fold up one I struggle with a manual wheelchair but I'm not willing to phone phone up again or email due to the problems I've had as it is customer service is appalling i would give them 0 star if i could
