Had a tattoo with Jordan. He seemed happy to spend a lot of time with me discussing the design and what I wanted, making a couple of really nice suggestions. He was also really easy to get on with which helped the time in the chair pass. The rest of the staff were professional, replying to my emails promptly and sending me a reminder of my appointment. I will come back for any future tattoos and would recommend this place to others.

A year after my first tattoos here. The tattoos have drastically faded compared to the others I have previously had over a number of years giving me no option but to get these tattoos reworked. This was evident to the artist who tried making amendments to his work during a completely different tattoo session a year later. In a separate session there was a clear lack of communication between the receptionist and the artist who failed to send updated designs to the artist prior to me turning up for the sessions. The hourly rate is completely unacceptable for the level of experience inside the shop. The experience is evident from the result of my tattoos a year later. The rates have continued to change and increase on multiple occasions. I find the receptionist to be very blunt and rude when engaging with her via emails, not allowing any contact with the artists when specifying little details that you may find important. They also refuse to release the images they used for your tattoos if you can no longer retrieve them yourself. This to me is a deliberate act to prevent you going elsewhere to get them fixed or amended by other artists. If the results of the tattoos were fine then I wouldn't be bothered about everything else. However the money I now have to put into reworks makes this completely unacceptable in its entirety. Strongly recommend going somewhere else for your tattoos. Absolutely fuming with this place. Got messed around three times. Got told a date and time twice, to meet the artist not once did she turn up. The lady at reception did not care at all and thought she was very rude!. Got my deposit back and went elsewhere!.
