Luckily I'm an infrequent user of the railways. Had the misfortune to be caught short on the Harbour station at 9 o'clock on a Sunday evening only to find the toilets locked. A disgraceful way to treat the travelling public.

When paying passengers are running through the station it is obvious that they are in a hurry so to have the barrier attendants standing chatting and ignoring the approaching passengers is totally out of order ... This was the case at 07:24 on 22/02/2019

Large awesome place, lots to see, to do & excellent retail therapy. Greatest tourist attractions around the harbour: Emirates Spinnaker Tower, HMS Victory, Mary Rose Museum, Royal Naval Submarines etc. Wheelchair accessible entrances. Disabled parking place very close well labelled, disabled toilets and lifts available. A place for everyone to visit. Mode of transport available great choices,by rail - GWR, South Western Railway, by road- Megabus( booking required), First, National Express coach, of course car, by water - Wightlink to Isle of Wight or Gosport ferry to Gosport. Well maintained clean and tidy environment plus toilets. Highly recommend. 10/10
