Absolutely brilliant service. We were on our way to the ferry from the midlands when our exhaust started blowing. I called them and they couldn’t have been nicer. They got us straight in, got us back on the road and we caught our ferry on time. Really helpful friendly team. Highly recommended.

Took my car here to get the tracking checked after changing the tyres. Staff polite and friendly over the phone. Sat and waited for around 15mins. Mechanic handed keys over and then said that there was no charge!!! As a thank you, bought some doughnuts/cake!

This morning was the second time that the gents at PETS have got me out of a tight spot. Billy was efficient, friendly and provided a honest but high quality service. The thing I appreciated most though was that once again I felt like the team wee doing everything they could to keep the costs to me down. Even though it’s slightly further away from where I live, it’s their attitude to service that keeps me coming back.
