These are the most uncaring and cruel council in the world . My sister is disabled and their incompetent staff at the assessment centre put the wrong figure on his system for my sisters care informing us 2 years later that sister owes over £8000 arrears due to their mistake . I argued against this only to be told that they will stop my sisters benefit now . My sister had a heart attack in November 2022 and this is putting so much pressure on her as well but do they care ? Her benefits will be stopped as these callous people decide its what they want to do SHAME on you portsmouth city Council hope you are proud of yourself and your I incompetent staff
