I have been there for Jumu’ah and it's poorly managed. A place of Ibadah should have the peace and tranquility for the Muslims to enjoy while being there. It seemed to me our elders are not leaving better examples for our youngsters who will replace them in the future. They're not respecting each other let alone other issues to deal with. The Imam, with due respect, isn't trained to be in the position properly, where English is the first language of the masses. I didn't mind the Sylheti dialect, but if his spoken English does not draw the attention, I think he should take a course or two to better his engagement. I hope they will consider my suggestions and constructive criticism in a good light. -Regards
