So strictly speaking, we weren’t a customer at all. My toddler locked himself in his Nan’s car and the guy from Portslade Panel works volunteered to come and help rescue him. Just an incredibly kind bloke and we hugely appreciated it. They’re good people.

After a brief altercation with another car, one side of the car, needed a fair bit of attention, plus a new side mirror. The quote I received was extremely competitive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the job they performed on the car was excellent . The car looked as good as new, would definitely recommend them even though I hopefully don't have to use them again, but they would be my first port of call if I did. We got three quotes for a job from bodyshop companies in Sussex. Three were in the range £950 to £1150. Portslade wanted over £2200 - same job. Having used them before, their work is very good, however, about the same quality as one of the other providers we used before. My advice is, before using Portslade, get some other quotes.
