    We booked a table due the reputation of it being a great family restaurant and celebrating a birthday, what a huge mistake we made and over something so trivial. I ordered a coca cola and when I tried the drink I realised it was Pepsi Max. I told the waiter that I don't like pepsi max and if I'd known then I'd have ordered something different. Simple miscommunication on his side. However he proceeded to tell that it's the same, ask me why I ordered it if I don't like it and insisted that I should have read the menu. When the manager came across and I explained this shouldn't be an issue but the waiters attitude in response was, the manager appeared disinterested too. Their attitude towards their customers that day did not reflect the reputation they have. When paying the bill we also realised they had over charged us. No apology, no acknowledgement for the shocking customer service. It was a night spoilt. So I would think twice about coming here. It appears you have to catch them on a good day nowadays.
