Brilliant service - Michael replaced my headlight bulb within 5minutes of me turning up even though I was a little late. Audi had made the change seem like a hassle quoting silly Labour fees as if they didn’t know it was a quick fix. I seriously cannot praise these guys enough! They did not only fix my car - they done it within a day because they knew how desperate I was. Good price, honest mechanics, caring & kind. As a woman who has no clue about cars, they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, I will never go anywhere else. Edit: On 28th Jan 2022 I got my MOT done at Portmill. Michal explained to me in great detail what was happening, showed me how to top up oil properly (I'm clueless). Provided me with advice about so many things. I called up during a busy time as I needed an urgent MOT and was able to be seen at such short notice on the same day. I couldn't have thanked them enough as they were closing soon for the holidays. The MOT had failed but advice was given on what needed to be fixed and passed on retest. All staff very helpful, informative and very friendly. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely come again!
