Unfortunately we have found the receptionist/s quite rude, both times we’ve attended. I don’t think they mean to be but one time we were trying to book an appointment and the staff were constantly giggling at something they could see on screen. I don’t think they were necessarily laughing at us but it felt very ‘mean girls’ and quite uncomfortable. The other time it was much better but still quite ‘smirk’y. I can’t put my finger on why, it just always feels uncomfortable. I’ve also found Trevor to be un-personable and abrupt. We get mixed messages about what is available to us and a treatment plan that doesn’t work for our lifestyle. We’d go to a different clinic if we could.
