Very disappointed with portlands my little puppy had brought up a large clot which looked like blood I phoned for emergency appt and was told no far too busy I could have taken her to Gribstead at 6.15 no good she could have died by then an I dependent vet saw her immediately It was blood after a thorough check up it was her medicine causing the problem prescribed for bad leg which she should never have been on for that long not the first mistake either with my two animals

Fantastic! Brilliant vets. They saw my two young cats half an hour after phoning, because one was very unwell and the other injured. They always make a fuss of them and they are very polite and kind. I've got a follow up appointment in a few days time, and they explain all their treatment very well, giving me options. Couldn't ask for a better service. Great Receptionists, nurses and vets.

Every time I have been it is as good as the last. Professional, friendly, great with not only animals but my young kids that have to come with me. Very competitive pricing and very helpful all round! Very glad so far to have chosen them as our fur babies vet.

Really hit and miss with experiences here. Sometimes they don't know wether my dog is male or female over the phone, I mean it's not like they don't have the information in front of them.. No system in place to check whether medication has been collected after being ordered. Clean environment. Very small waiting room with little space to avoid other pets/customers which can be problematic with an excitable and strong dog especially if appointments are running late. Staff seem polite and friendly.
