I really thought what a super service demonstrated by portland. But unfortunely after over 2 weeks no communication. So I tried ringing three times when eventually got through. A little dismayed glasses were in. A young girl was covering n at first didnt aplogize for my wait. To be honest disappointed really thought it would better customer service. I shouldn't b chasing glasses I've paid up front.
