Bought a Range Rover Autobiography from Portland. Arrived early for viewing and the car was being washed ready. James and Rob can’t be faulted. Collection day, car presented in perfect condition and Rob took me through the features. Sufficient fuel in the tank to get home as requested. The only improvement would be better coffee lol.

Paid £1000 deposit at 4.30pm changed my mind called at 9am the following day and they were only willing to pay me £500 back . Thought this was unreasonable as it was such a short time after leaving the deposit. Be wary when leaving a deposit.the Porsche Panamera that I was willing to purchase from James at Portland had a fault with the rear light which was loose and full of water which I feel is unacceptable for a company that sell high class vehicles. James however said it’s ok I will put the light in an airing cupboard overnight to resolve the problem thought this was very unprofessional.

Bought a car from Portland Autos and dealt with Rob who was great, he dealt with the sale from calling us back from our online enquiry on a bank holiday through to collection ,there was no constant calls to try and persuade you to purchase their car like some dealers do, There was also no mention of GAP insurance,tyre insurance or smart repair insurance which made a refreshing change. Well worth the 2 and a half hour trip each way to collect the Porsche Targa 4S. Very pleased with the car it was as described when we arrived to collect it. Sue & Paul

All be it, we didnt buy the most expensive car that Portland Autos had, but a car that fitted our current needs.
