Very disappointed with the serves from this company as a trad customer we ordered shutter parts from there sister company SHUTTER BITS over the phone (though you still talk to Portico office) explained the urgency behind the order, was told the order would arrive next day. Thinking my order had all gone through because that is what I was told left the office, (next day Friday my day off) Received no delivery next day so made a phone call to find out they had emailed to say the credit card had not gone through , now it is to late let down my customer and also yet again for the second time let me down. I will not be giving them a second chance asked to speak to the manager that happens to be in a different building under a different company name left a message for him to phone me back as he was engaged have now waited two hours no return call even though I explained it was a customer complaint.
