Communication with them was good, however we went to view a To Let property and the estate agent, think his name was Neil, never greeted us at the door or showed us in, instead he sat in the living window and told us to come in and remained there the entire time. It is my understanding that estate agents are supposed to show you around the property, talk about it's features, what work has been done or will be done, and ultimately sell you on going in on it. This was the first time I've ever experienced this at a viewing and I was quite shocked, and this was ultimately a big part of the reason we decided not to go for it, letting not only the landlord down but the company in my opinion

We had been recommended to use Portfield Garrard & Wright by our daughter who had previously used them to purchase her new home and we weren’t disappointed! The team at Portfield we’re excellent in providing a first class super efficient and very personal service. All staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times and especially Tanya who handled everything from our initial phone call to put the property on the market to completion, she would keep us up to date with the progress of the sale and always returning our phone calls with positive and reassuring advice. Would definitely recommend this company.......an absolute pleasure! Huge Thank you Tanya and the team.

Unbelievably terrible, put an offer in I was told it was accepted but I would l need to provide prof of funds, etc. They suggested I email all my personal details. I emailed them asking if they could send them the details in a mode secure manor. They just black holed my question, never got back to me. I tried calling a couple of times but they were closed, not a problem but they just never chased and now sold the house to someone else. Disappointed doesn't cover it. I complained but nothing they can do. Can't take the house off someone else. Could not recommend them for selling or buying. imagine trying to sell using this company. You would never know if they have got anyone interested if they just can't be bothered to follow up. 0 competency from there actions and attitude when I spoke to them.
