A big shout out to Mark for his help. My elderly father was recently visited by a locksmith from another part of Kent after having his home broken into. After seeing the bill I was concerned about how much it cost. I contacted Porters to get their opinion on the invoice. Sadly he confirmed that the costs were indeed excessive and unnecessary. Mark was so kind providing info and even offered to visit my Dad to check the lock free of charge! Within 4 hours he was there. He took the lock off to discover that the 'cowboy' locksmith had not even changed one of the parts he charged over £150 for. Whilst this has been a horrible situation for us, it has been made that much better by Mark and his fantastic work ethic. Now we have the facts, we can move forward with a stronger case to Trading Standards If ever we need a locksmith in future, I will be using Porters Locksmiths. Thank you so much

I can't fault the service I received from Mr Porter this morning. Quick, efficient, friendly replacement of three window handles and their mechanisms that had worn out and come loose, leaving one of them permanently locked shut. Seemed to be no trouble at all. I'll definitely be recommending this company.
