Many reasons to visit this site. Initially to say goodbye to a loved one or friend. Annually to remember and celebrate the life lived. Later to contemplate a coming reunion. So many emotions in such a tranquil place. Thankyou.

The grounds here are kept beautiful. The people who work here work so hard to keep it looking lovely for people to visit. It's a shame people think they can put their own personal items, staple things to trees etc down where their loved one are. Especially when there are rules which state you shouldn't do this. There are many people's ashes on one plot, not just your loved ones. So it isn't personally yours to do what you want with, it is lots of families plot to sit and remember aswell. If you want to have a personal tribute to your loved one than either do it at home or get a gravestone made for the cemetery up the road. That way you can put what you want on your own personal plot. I have lots of relatives here and I don't feel the need to put down tat and ruin a lovely space for people to visit. I respect the hard work of the groundsman who work here, and that it isn't just my family members who are here it is lots of other people's family members who are here aswell. The people who work here do not need or deserve to be abused by members of the public because they think they can take over a plot of garden which is there for 1000's of families not just a few individuals who think they are more important than everybody else.
