The company bombard you with phone calls , in our experience there was incompetence and no consistency- you end up repeating the same information time and time again because a different person calls each time . It took approx 4 months to progress just through the first stage. In addition it was our experience there was a huge reluctance to confirm their fees after challenging the said reluctance we know why -the fee for reviewing one pension transfer was extortionate. It’s our perception that because the fee is deducted from the pension it doesn’t matter to a customer but it does and our business went elsewhere due to the over inflated fee and poor customer service .
