Everything about the park and the Aspinall foundation is fantastic...........apart from the mini bus driver, he goes on an absolute power trip if you pull over near the exit of the car park to set your sat nav, grown man getting upset over something so small, change your job pal, clearly can't handle driving that transit around

Very disappointing and dangerous. People driving golf stile buggies without any care for others. We had 13 children under our care for a trip to the zoo. Constantly we had to keep children safe from the buggies. The park has become more corporate and as a day visitor I felt as if I was not wanted. Staff in gift shop very rude and unhelpful.
