Everything about the hotel was perfect, the only negative point was screaming children in the restaurant which completely ruined our evening meal, but not the hotels fault, just a lack etiquette by a certain type of parent! .

Can't rate this place highly enough. We experience the giraffe lodge overnight stay which includes the safari and dinner/breakfast. Amazing to stay in the tents overlooking all the prey animals of Africa. Seriously a once in a lifetime experience and would recommend everyone to do it.

Fantastic overnight stay in wolf lodge. Beautiful accommodation. Due to having a buggy ( included in our package) and able to go round the park when closed to day visitors we got to see so many animals that we may have missed otherwise. Thank you

Paul the front house manager was very unhelpful with charging of our electric car. His manners of communication were below the expectation. Car charger is not great but was working, but this person misled us and spoiled all the experience of staying in this place.

The water in the bathroom was dropping all the night. We couldn’t sleep. That’s terrible. Don’t go to the Forest Hideaway. Staffs are very kind.
