Visited last summer, placed order for a new car (upgrading from existing Porsche we had purchased from Porsche Mayfair), making it very clear we wanted delivery in March. Had call at turn of year to tell us we should be happy that car will start build in March and we should get in May or June. Made complaint - apparently our sales contact had been out of office but no one had given us any update. Pushed & offered to walk away and was told would deliver March (ended up being early April). On day came to collect, sales rep (who had been helpful in bringing delivery almost back to pre agreed schedule) asked if had any time constraints - shared them (a few hours out), and told that would be no problem at all. Hit time when I had to leave, with no apology from salesman, had to leave my wife to collect the car on her own. Emailed follow up to highlight - and got a 2 line generic “sorry you weren’t happy” reply. People just don’t care. Car is fantastic but Porsche West staff are an embarrassment to the Porsche brand and risk tarnishing it.

I had an exceptional experience at Porsche West London for the last 6 months. The end to end process of designing, ordering and receiving my new Porsche Macan was so seamless. This was mainly due to the amazing service and support provided by Tony Pasztor. He was very honest with me about options to go for and was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of each car in the showroom. He added very small thoughtful touches to the whole process and was super friendly and approachable throughout. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Met one of the sales reps at Porsche in Chiswick; very disappointing. The guy made me feel completely uncomfortable spoking to me in a descending, aggressive and an angry tone till the moment I had to stop him and ask him what is that all about. Obviously I only got a pointless response so I decided just leave. Thank you Hugo or Yogo for ruining my Saturday and excitement.

Porsche west London is a absolute disaster stay away is best option and Tim Brown they don’t return calls or emails they tells lies I have proof if any one wants the proof of Tony pasztor telling a lie on the telephone he’s a small chubby australian guy he’s a lier and a con man I requested for no holes drilled into car and they did drill holes into car he said afterwards it’s policy no stickers for number plates but they ended up putting stickers on the rear absolute liers, I wouldn’t Evan give 1 star but I got to TONY PASZTOR and he wouldn’t give me my floor mats he said he would send them out 3 weeks later still no matts, any one request for proof it can be provided,, TONY PASZTOR, TIM BROWN IS CON MEN
