Terrible service from Porsche Solihull. Unbelievable to think a brand like Porsche can have such unprofessional service and poor quality of work. They have had my 911 in for over a month in total on 2 over 6 week period. Left me stranded to having to have my vehicle recovered due to them not fixing a fault which they said would be repaired via warranty. When I did collect my car over half tank of fuel was used and was just enough to get me to the nearest station. Iv had to speak to over 6 different people and its shocking that 1 person would not deal with the entire process. Many unanswered emails. Asked to speak to a manager again no response or courtesy call. Still currently waiting for my car with no collection date. I definitely do not recommend anyone to use this centre and will be now moving over to Sutton Coldfield porsche soon as.
