We purchased a nearly new Taycan Cross Turismo 4S, not cheap as you can imagine as it was a few months old. When taken in for an upgrade a major feature of why we purchase the car was removed and will not be reinstate only if we purchase another car from them. The reason is because it was not declared with Porsche. But to be frank sold us that upgrade with the car in the first place. We are about to purchase a new Cayenne but reluctant to do that from this dealership in Preston. I am not a happy customer and the aftersale is not good, to say the least. I don't normally do negative reviews, but when you spend £115K and buy a second one also over £110K would expect more. Hence the one star.

From the moment I dropped off my car to the moment it was collected, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Darrion went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the service. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what was being done and why. I felt confident that my car was in safe hands and that the work being carried out was of the highest quality. The drop-off and collection service provided a significant advantage, thanks to Sana, the wonderful sales manager. She went above and beyond by arranging a loan car delivery on her way home and later collecting it for me (apologies for leaving a Jalapeno in there). This made the entire process remarkably effortless and convenient. Moreover, Porsche's prominent position as a market leader speaks volumes. It's true that you truly get what you pay for, and the service I experienced was worth every penny. Overall, I would highly recommend Porsche Preston's service department and Darrion to anyone looking for exceptional service and peace of mind when it comes to their Porsche. Thank you for making the experience a truly enjoyable one!
