We had an exceptional experience here purchasing a car. Everything went smoothly from placing a deposit for the car to driving it away. It was a very pleasant experience at the showroom too. Also, when I visited again with my son, we were treated well and made to feel welcome. A smile was put on my son's fave after he fired up a GT3 RS for the first time. I also had a great chat with Lewis, the Porsche Pro, about cars in general. Nice to meet people genuinely interested in cars. For the car we bought, it was immaculate; very well presented. Probably my best dealer experience over the last 15 years of Porsche ownership. Long story short: we were on a week long road trip during Xmas; the car had some sudden issue. Porsche Mid-Sussex was the only one open on the holiday in the area. I dropped off the car and key with reception (super helpful and warm welcome for my first visit); the service team carried out the diagnosis and repair the first thing next morning and valeted the car for immediate collection. Godsend. A++++
