Placed and agreed an order with Emile for a new macan s and track day for 4 people .upon choosing the speck for the car, things were added to the build even though I had made it clear they were not chosen. This had to be made again clear “Not wanted.” The 18way seats option was also an issue, as they could not provide a seat for me to sample, I was expected to just choose without trying! . There was one in the prep bay but sadly this was not an option for us to try? Why? Feeling that this sales guy was not giving his best, couldn’t be bothered, not like our previous years of excellent service with Jaz. With No seats for us to sample and a change only 2 track day and a uninterested sales guy we cancel and traveled to Nottingham branch. What a difference experience we had, experienced sales guy,18 way seats sampled, 4 day track day back on the table, free goodies to go home with, order placed . Left feeling very happy, Nottingham is the future way forward for us, sorry Leicester you have lost a lot of customer service over the last year
